• Account means a unique identifier that allows you to access Package Garage.
• Package means a collection of code that can be shared and reused. Packages can be private or public.
• Dependency means a package that is required by another package.
• Version means a specific release of a package.
• Repository means a storage location for packages.
• License means a legal agreement that defines the terms of use for a package.

• You are responsible for the content of your packages.
• You must comply with the licenses of the packages that you use.
• You must not use Package Garage for illegal or harmful purposes.
• You must not use Package Garage to distribute or host packages that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You must not use Package Garage to distribute or host packages that are harmful to others, such as viruses or malware.

• Package Garage retains all intellectual property rights to Package Garage and its services.
• Package Garage does not have the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display your packages.
• Package Garage may remove any package from the repository at any time, for any reason.
• Package Garage may terminate your account if you violate the terms of use.

• Package Garage will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
• Package Garage may collect and use your personal information to provide you with the services that you have requested.

Package Garage may change the terms of use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the terms of use before using Package Garage.

These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Package Garage regarding the use of Package Garage.

If any provision of these terms of use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms of use and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these terms of use will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

These terms of use may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
